Introduction

A travelling or residential tutor can be one of the most formative influences in a young person’s life. The right person needs to fit naturally around your lifestyle. But finding that person takes care. This is where we can help. We can draw on an address book built over many years, including tutors with Oxford or Cambridge backgrounds, to find someone suited to your needs. Every arrangement is bespoke, whether the tutor lives with you or accompanies you for a particular period. We will help you to manage the appointment and review how it is working. Our aim is for your child to gain stronger academic foundations and the confidence to expect more from themselves and the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

“Who are your tutors?”

Our address book includes experienced tutors with Oxford or Cambridge backgrounds. Tutors introduced for these arrangements are interviewed and background checked. If the fit is not right, we will help you to find someone else.

“Do they have to live with us?”

They don’t have to. Some tutors live with families while others stay nearby or travel with you for part of the time. We agree the arrangement with you before anyone is introduced.

“What if it doesn't work out?”

The relationship is important. We will discuss any concerns with you and help to find a replacement if the fit is not right.

Each person from Price Education that supported our boys was above and beyond our expectations. I cannot say how much their expertise and well wishes impacted me personally as a parent.
